Europe and Africa: toward the creation of a science policy dialogue

The EU is working to decide whether the nature of its participation in the proposed policy dialogue between Africa and the EU will occur through the Science Forum on International Cooperation,

consisting of senior officials from ministries of foreign affairs and science or the European Competitive Council (composed of Europe’s ministers of science).
