CLARA and ALICE 2 publish a White Paper

The Latin American Research Education Network (CLARA) is a non-profit International Law Organisation serving as a Latin American collaboration system by means of telecommunications advanced networks for research, innovation and education.

The organisation has published a new study entitled “Advanced Networks in Latin America: Infrastructures for regional development in STI”, which is the result of a set of studies conducted in 2009 on the state of networks in developed countries and Latin America.
