Announcement - ERINA4Africa goes live!

Exploiting Research INfrastructures potentiAl for boosting Research and Innovation in Africa (Erina4Africa) now has a live website and community.

Erina4Africa is the European project for all those who are interested in e-Infrastructures, e-Learning, e-Government, e-Health, European-African collaboration, and aims to provide African and EU policy makers with a detailed analysis of exploitable scenarios of existing and new e-Infrastructures in Africa.

Erina 4 Africa aims at providing:

  • A Virtual Observatory mapping the trends of current evolution of e-Infrastructures in Africa and its application to e-Health, e-Government and e-Learning, and its innovation potential for Industry;
  • A Foresight Study helping to align directions and ensure coherency in e-Infrastructures policy in Southern Africa;
  • Robust results validated by the community, via a series of virtual conferences and local meetings.

 

We encourage everyone to register, join the community, and:

  • Stay up-to-date with the project developments, news and events
  • Contribute to the building of the Virtual Observatory through the provision of case studies
  • Contribute to the creation of the Foresight Study
  • Participate to the networking events
  • Interact with the Erina4Africa community members, voice your ideas and results, exchange knowledge
