Registration Fee

The event is free of charge but subject to online registration. Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided.

Wednesday 24 February

The event will start on  at 2:00 pm and will take place at the European Commission premises - Avenue de Beaulieu, Building 25. To reach the venue by metro take the metro line 5 direction ' Herrmann-Debroux '. Get off at ' Beaulieu ' station and take the exit marked ' Avenue de Beaulieu '. When you have exited the metro, turn left and cross the road at the traffic lights, heading downhill. All the buildings are on the left hand side, starting with no. 33.

Thursday 25 February

The event will start at 8:30 and will take place at the Tuscan Region Premises - Rond Point Schuman 14. To reach 'Schuman' take the metro line 1.
