TERENA kindly invites you to participate in the upcoming task force preparation meeting in Prague, Czech Republic. Hosted by CESNET, the Czech national research and education networking organization, this one-day event will focus on finalizing the definition of the work items and timelines for TERENA's new task force on rich media content production, management and distribution services, called TF-Media.
Expected to start in January 2010, TF-Media will be a forum to collect and exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences about the technical and legal aspects of federated multimedia production, management and distribution services. It is also planned to liaise with other related task forces and communities such as OpenFlow while focusing on issues most relevant to the research and education networking community.
