ICMIT2008

ICMIT2008 is the 4th International Conference on Management of Innovation and Technology, first initiated by the IEEE Engineering Management Society Singapore Chapter in 2000. ICMIT2008 intends to bring together scholars, industrialists, and entrepreneurs interested in improving their research and development, and business applications in innovation and technology management across a global network of diverse platforms.

ICMIT2008: A Thrust to Global Market - The rapid growth of international markets and trade, economic interdependence, and increased competition from other countries has driven the extensive changes in the contemporary business environment. The Free Trade Agreements (FTA), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the European Union (EU), and the growing number of alliances among multinational firms clearly indicate the opportunity for growth in the global market. The theme “A Thrust to Global Market” addresses this significant change occurring in the current business and the need of driving forces to globalization through innovation and technology.
