The 8th IFIP Conference on e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society will be held from September 24-26, 2008, in Tokyo, Japan. Being organized by I3E 2008 Organizing Committee, IFIP WG6.11 and the Association for Promotion of Public Local Information and Communication in technical cooperation with IFIP TC 11 and TC 8, The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, The Japan Association for Social Informatics, The JapanSociety for Socio-Information Studies, Information Processing Society of Japan, International Academy of CIO, and The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan, it will provide a forum for users, engineers, and scientists in academia, industry, and government to present their latest findings in e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society applications and in the underlying technology to support these applications.
