The First EELA-2 Conference is meant to be both an “open conference” and a “user forum” and its Scientific Programme is conceived to reach two main objectives:
- Present a selection of the most impressive results obtained by scientific communities using not only EELA-2 but also other e-Infrastructures in Latin America and the rest of the world;
- Discuss policies and plans for the long term sustainability of Regional e-Infrastructures, with special emphasis on the Latin American one.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Abstract submission deadline: 1 November 2008
- Acceptance notification: 15 November 2008
- Camera ready papers: 1 December 2008
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS/PAPERS
- Abstracts should be between 100 and 350 words long.
- Accepted abstracts should be converted into papers of not more than 10 pages using this template.
- Selected papers must be written in English (using the UK English dictionary) and should be sent to conference@eu-eela.org (preferably zipped).
- Files bigger than 5MB should be put somewhere on the web by the authors and the URL should be sent to conference@eu-eela.org
