The Seventh IASTED International Conference on
Communication Systems and Networks (CSN 2008) will create an
international forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange new
ideas and practical experience in the areas of networks and
communication systems. It is an opportunity to present and observe the
latest research, results, and ideas in these areas. CSN 2008 will
strengthen relations between the communications sector, research
