These events are organised under the aegis of the European Commission - DG INFSO, International Relations Unit & GEANT & e-Infrastructures Unit and the African Union (Department of Human Resources, Science & Technology, HRST & Department for Infrastructure & Energy) with the support of the Finnish Government - Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The events are organised respectively by the FP7 EuroAfrica-ICT and the eI-Africa EU projects with the support of the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.
