The
ICECE’2009 comes to add to the existing environment another forum for deep
reflection and discussion about the recent acquisitions and developments of
engineering and computing. It is an opportunity to show new ideas, make
suggestions and propose solutions for the main problems, with the objective
to promote the advancement of engineering and computer education. The ideas,
opinions and contributions of these professional fields will be presented
through lectures by international experts in their areas of performance,
plenary sessions, round tables, presentations of works and workshops.
